As another reviewer mentioned I think, this stand takes a little time to assemble, and a bit of skill to avoid over-torqueing fasteners, etc. Regardless of your skill level, you'll need a second pair of hands. Just plan on it.
And that's all I can say negatively about it. Well-packaged in the box - MUCH better than the Tech Craft (Flex52?) equal to this one. The way it's packaged and shipped, it has little chance of survival. I tried twice, then gave up and decided to try another vendor and another product. This was it, and I'm glad I ended up with it. Good stuff.
Also, if you have in mind to mount a 47" TV on the stand-mount, and then slip it back into a corner (it is designed for a corner too), that's not going to work. If you plan to use it in a corner, don't plan on mounting the TV to the stand - just set it on the glass on its own base. It handles 125#, and my 47" LED LCD weighs a whopping 55#. This is not a flaw in this particular product - it's true of all designs like it. However, the TV mount can be completely assembled and mounted on a wall, separate from the stand, if you use it on a flat wall, or even want to use the mount for a TV in another room.
